This page explains the information handled through the current Chicago Booth Rentals website and quote system. It applies to this site and does not replace the privacy terms of an external venue, event organizer, product-data source, hosting provider, or linked website.

Information you choose to provide
The full project intake can request contact details, company, event, venue, city, booth size, schedule, project needs, design direction, budget range, consent, and free-text notes. A contextual exhibit inquiry can request contact details, company, event, message, privacy consent, and the selected exhibit display context shown on the page.
Verified exhibit context
For exhibit-originated submissions, the browser sends the selected exhibit reference number and the visible display snapshot. The server re-resolves that ID from the active exhibit source before delivery, records a submission-time provenance hash, and marks any mismatch between browser display context and the current source record. Browser-supplied pricing is never accepted as authoritative.
Technical and anti-abuse information
The application can process request origin, network address information used for rate limiting, idempotency keys used to prevent duplicate delivery, honeypot fields, request timing, validation outcomes, delivery status, and redacted operational errors. These controls support endpoint security, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
How information is used
Submitted information can be used to respond to the request, clarify requirements, prepare a scope or proposal, coordinate follow-up, protect the service, prevent duplicate submissions, verify exhibit attribution, maintain operational records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Delivery and service providers
Lead data is delivered only when a server-side email or webhook adapter is configured. Hosting, email, webhook, security, and infrastructure providers may process information on behalf of the operating business to run those functions. Provider configuration remains server-only and is not exposed to the browser.
File uploads
Direct public uploads are disabled at launch. The site does not accept multipart lead submissions. A private transfer method may be offered after consultation only when appropriate storage, signed access, scanning, authorization, retention, and deletion controls are available.
External websites and official event sources
Trade-show pages can link to official organizer, association, and venue sources. Those external sites control their own content and privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information or placing service orders.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only for the operational, contractual, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes that apply to the request, then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required. Because retention needs can differ by project and system, this page does not publish an unsupported universal duration.
Security
The application uses server-only credentials, schema validation, origin controls, rate limiting, honeypot checks, idempotency, bounded payloads, error redaction, and server-side exhibit re-verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive information should not be sent through general website fields.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to submit a web form and instead contact the business by phone or email. To ask about information associated with a request, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, email rentals@chicagoboothrentals.com. Verification may be required before information is disclosed, changed, or deleted.
Children
This business-to-business site is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the project intake.
Policy changes
This notice can be updated when the application, lead-delivery systems, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the version published on this page.
